Our Story
Soar 4 Solutions, Inc. began with a simple belief: every young person deserves the support and tools to achieve their fullest potential. Founded in Buffalo in early 2025, we sprang from a desire to close opportunity gaps for youth and young adults, by offering personalized mentorship, skill-building programs, and meaningful community connections. Today, we blend compassion with action, building a culture where young people learn to soar.

Our Founder
Stan Martin, MM
Founder & CEO, Soar 4 Solutions, Inc.
Stan Martin is a native son of Buffalo, NY, with more than 20 years of leadership in community health, youth engagement, and program development. His career spans from prevention education to statewide and international work, always centered on empowering communities and equipping young people for success.
Stan’s expertise includes program planning, mentoring, training, and advancing initiatives that address health disparities, social determinants of health, and positive youth development. He has served in key leadership roles at organizations such as the New York State Department of Health, CAI Global, and the Ministry of Health Promotion in Toronto, Ontario.
As the founder of Stan Martin Consulting (SMC), he has helped communities and organizations strengthen their impact through capacity building, training, and leadership development. In 2025, his passion for uplifting young people and fostering opportunity led to the creation of Soar 4 Solutions, Inc.
Beyond his professional life, Stan enjoys coaching basketball, listening to hip hop-jazz, cheering for the Buffalo Bills, and spending quality time with family and friends. He holds a Master’s in Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Liberal Studies from Stony Brook University.
